Once weekly for five weeks, interior designer Scott Tjaden shares his expansive knowledge of designing styles, plus offers tips on fine-tuning and refining home décor. In his two-hour lectures he explores such topics as: How to live 'green.' What distinguishes Aubusson and Turkish rugs? What's the difference between a trend and a style?

Cost for attending all five workshops is $98.

DGU Field trips

A few times a year we'll have scheduled field trips 
to such design meccas as the Merchandise Mart 
in Chicago, the D&D Building in New York, or the 
Las Vegas Design Center noted for the latest in 
U.S. and Canadian design.
